SHIPPING POLICY
All shipping options will be available for purchasers to see when they enter their shipping address during check out. Simply indicate which shipping you wish to use, we will accommodate your choice.

- FOR CANADA AND THE UNITED STATES -
We provide free shipping to all Canadian and US addresses for orders above CA$50. If your order is equal to or below CA$50, you will be charged a shipping fee in accordance with the rates provided by Canada Post. Within Canada, we use Expedited Parcel, which is trackable and can arrive at regional destinations within 3 days and anywhere in the country within 7 days. All shipping rates will be automatically calculated during checkout based on your shipping address and policies of Canada Post.

- FOR OAKVILLE, ONTARIO -

For orders above CA$30, we can directly deliver your orders to your Oakville addresses for free.

We provide free pick-up services at Glen Abbey Community Centre at scheduled times.

You can also always use the Expedited Parcel services that we provide the rest of the country if you choose to do so.

- FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ADDRESSES (EXCLUDING THE US) -
These shipping requests will be processed on a case-by-case basis. We charge a flat rate of CA$22 and a non-refundable CA$3 handling fee for international shipping. However, we strongly recommend you to contact us beforehand via email before placing orders that would require international shipping to addresses other than Canada or the United States.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We will try our best to accommodate our donors should our donors become unsatisfied due to quality issues of our products within 2 weeks from the corresponding delivery date. We will first offer an exchange as long as we have the same type of product in stock. Should you wish to return or exchange a product, please notify us so through email.

We will contact you to arrange for an exchange, including shipping, should you accept such accommodation. We will offer free shipping for an exchange whenever it is possible.
​
We do not provide free shipping for returns from outside of Oakville, ON. We will contact you for arrangements for returns once we process your return request.
REFUND POLICY
We sincerely encourage our donors to kindly consider the charitable and not-for-profit nature of our organization and to refrain from requesting refunds in case of dissatisfaction with our physical products while you still share and support our mission to strive for the betterment of all. Should you continue to wish to request a refund, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or through other feasible methods under the following circumstances:

Upon your notice to us of your intention to cancel an order that has been paid but has yet to be shipped;

Upon receiving the products you returned where other forms of accommodations were not accepted by the donors;

Upon we determine that returning the products is unfeasible for the donor or for BWCW where the donor had notified us of their intention to return to products and had rejected any other forms of accommodations; or

Any other cases where we agree to issue a refund should we deem it appropriate.
